ola - say they take action but do they do anything?


Open email : reverse chronlogical, read from the bottom :


what exactly happened to the driver? was he not given work for n days? How many days? what does the bad driver list mean?  i heard from a friend too of his bad experience. now i use uber. wondering when i will use the ola money i have charged and kept. not trustworthy - the drivers nor the action u say you have taken - nothing specific or meaningful

The driver has been penalized and is included in our driver bad list, also we shall give strict warning to him. We really do not want our customers to face any inconvenience.
